Club Policy

Welcome to Velvet & Pearls Beauty Club! We are committed to providing an exceptional and luxurious experience for all of our clients. Please take a moment to read our salon policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. To guarantee your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

2. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your treatment time is shortened due to lateness, the full service fee will still apply.

3. Personal Items

  • Velvet & Pearls is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.

4. Payment

  • We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment options.
  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price of services and is greatly appreciated by our staff for exceptional service.

5. Behavior & Conduct

  • We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment. We kindly ask that you refrain from using loud or disruptive language, and respect the spa’s atmosphere.

6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.
  • For your safety, all services are subject to suitability and will be adjusted as necessary to ensure the best possible results.

7. Client Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please inform us during your visit, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are here to ensure your experience is nothing less than exceptional.
